Rachel Cherie
About the Author

Born in California and raised in Oregon, Rachel Cheríe wrote her very first story on dot matrix paper while in elementary school. Ever since, writing in all forms has been her loyal companion. Following a difficult illness, she completed her first novel-length manuscript at fourteen. This has yet to be published, but she has hopes of getting it re-written in the near-ish future.

She is the author of the Daughters of the High Seas Trilogy – historical seafaring adventures based off of characters made up around the age of ten, inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island. This trilogy includes:
Treachery at Martinique Isle
Turning of the Tides
Venture to Africa

As a fun side project in 2017, she wrote Huck Finn Versus The World to be included in the What We’ve Unlearned anthology. This entertaining steampunk short story spin on Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is also in the process of being made into an audio drama. It’s in the production stage, but there is currently no release date available.

Currently, Rachel is working on the Dekra 9-2-6 Series, a science fiction space opera with the feel of sci-fi shows like Stargate SG-1, Star Trek: NG, and a splash of the reboot of Hawaii Five-0. There are three books available:
Expedition
The Cure
Redemption
